Deposits are required for all appointments. YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE. If the date/time you're looking for is not listed it means unfortunately I am not available. Upon booking you will receive an email confirmation with my location and directions. PLEASE be sure to input your email correctly to ensure you receive it. Confirmation emails will now contain important information regarding safety guidelines for COVID-19, it is very important that you read your confirmation email before your appointment. Appointments cannot be booked within 24 hours of the date you are booking. Bridal clients please schedule your wedding consultation at least one month in advance of your wedding date. PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE SCHEDULING CONSULTATION. Brides must schedule a consultation beforehand to ensure the makeup look we choose is right. A $15 late fee WILL be applied after 10 minutes, if you are over 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled. No shows will not be able to book an appointment in the future. If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment, you will not be able to cancel or reschedule online within 24 hours of your appointment. If you pay in full and are unable to make your appointment I will refund you for the amount paid not including the deposit. Pay in full refunds will not be issued for same day cancellations or no shows. Pinklipps has a strict NO EXTRA GUESTS policy. Appointments can be paid in full online, if you only pay deposit online please bring the remaining amount owed in cash. I will accept payment via Zelle with no extra fee, I also accept Cashapp or PayPal but I will charge a $1 fee to do so.
